Our single greatest goal at Reviver Auto is to--in every way--provide each and every user of ours with the best product experience possible. This includes ensuring that you’re protected in situations where your Rplate may experience a hiccup, or when a law enforcement officer may not be familiar with our technology yet. While the odds of either situation are low, we feel it’s important for you to know that we’ve got you covered no matter what.
If you ever receive a ticket due to your RPlate:
We at Reviver Auto want to make sure you have the most seamless experience with your RPlate. We know that getting pulled over can be stressful, so let us take care of all the heavy lifting! All we need is for our Customer Support team to be provided a bit of information about the ticket to ensure the smoothest process and overall experience for you:
- The ticket must clearly be issued by the law enforcement member for reasons specific to the Rplate serving as your license plate.
- The license plate number noted by the law enforcement member on the ticket must match our records for the license plate number on the vehicle in question
- Reviver Auto records must show up-to-date and accurate vehicle registration data; we won’t be able to cover tickets for expired registration, invalid insurance, etc.
- Reviver Auto records must show that the RPlate was active with/on the vehicle in question at the time of ticket issuance.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, chat in via the Reviver Auto website or your Rconnect account, or give us a call at 866-4-RPLATE Mon-Fri 9 am - 6 pm PST.
