That's a great question!
If you're a business working directly with ReviverAuto as an RPlate reseller, you'll actually gain access early in the sales closure process. Once you've signed an agreement with ReviverAuto, you'll then be put in contact with your dedicated Customer Success Manager who will handle all of those details for you and with you as you transition from working with our sales team to our Customer Operations team.
If you're an end-user who just bought a new car from a dealership, upon signing for the vehicle in question, the dealership will capture your First Name, Last Name, e-mail address, phone number, and chosen RConnect subscription plan and then will transfer that vehicle into your ownership.
If you're an end-user and you have purchased an Rplate via one of our Premium Aftermarket Partners, then they will gather your VIN and will pair the Rplate serial number to your vehicle VIN. Once that is complete, they will transfer ownership to you by collecting your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Upon doing so, an e-mail with an activation link that's valid for 24 hours will have been generated from ReviverAuto and sent the e-mail address you noted during the above process.
Simply open that e-mail, click the activation link, and you will be on your way!
NOTE: Be sure to check your "SPAM" folder if you don't see that e-mail in your inbox, as on rare occasions your e-mail client may accidentally flag such messages.
